Dixon Ticonderoga presents Giant #2 Pencil Installation for 2025 and Beyond

GRAND CHUTE, WI – There is a BIG new photo opportunity for fans when they attend a Wisconsin Timber Rattlers game at Neuroscience Group Field this season. Dixon Ticonderoga and the Rattlers have teamed up to present a giant representation of the classic #2 yellow pencil at the stadium.

Dixon Ticonderoga’s headquarters is located across the street from the Timber Rattlers. The neighbors have combined to create a new fan-facing piece that is over 46 feet tall and can be easily seen by passers-by on I-41.

“We’re thrilled to be partnering with the Timber Rattlers to create this larger-than-life Ticonderoga pencil at the stadium,” said Becky Trudeau, Product Manager for Ticonderoga. “The Timber Rattlers do an amazing job creating fun, family-friendly experiences for the community. We hope that fans and passers-by enjoy the novelty and fun of the giant pencil! It’s sure to make a splash this season and make the fan experience at the ballpark even more memorable.”

The new installation is located beyond the wall in right field. You can’t miss it if you come to the stadium. The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers open the 2025 season at home against the Cedar Rapids Kernels on Friday, April 4. First pitch is scheduled for 6:40pm CDT.
